FAQs

What is Priority? Collapsed link

Priority is our way of saying thanks. It's free and exclusive to O2 customers – bringing you great offers from high street brands, tickets and experiences, as well as access to the best in entertainment.

Priority showcases a mixture of exclusive offers and some offers that are Open2All.

Exclusive offers are only available to O2 customers and have been negotiated directly by us to make every day a little more special for you.

Open2All offers are handpicked by us from the best of current deals on the market. They’re available to anyone, but are so good we’d hate for you to miss out.

You can use Priority on any device – all you need is a data connection. The first time you use Priority, it will automatically work out what sort of phone you have and tell you the appropriate way to access the service (via a downloadable app or the mobile web).

Priority serves up offers that are near you – so knowing your location is important. Go into the Settings page and toggle the switch for Location to On. Your device will automatically detect where you are and list all the offers nearby.

I’m having problems with my location Collapsed link

If your map thinks you're somewhere that you're not, the GPS might not be turned on. Go into Settings to check.

Sometimes your phone could still be showing its previous location while it finds you. Give it a minute or two and it should jump to your current location.

If you are inside a building, the phone might have a problem finding your exact location. It's the same if you're on the move - the phone can take a little while to catch up depending upon the speed you're travelling.

My Priority voucher isn’t working Collapsed link

If you have any problems with a voucher, or you find a voucher code doesn't work at the store or venue, tell the merchant or partner first - you'll find the details in the voucher small print.
